“ On the day of our ‘roofline’ installation, the HomeSmart installers arrived nice and early and were able to complete the whole installation, an extended 4-bed semi-detached property, in just one day.

A clever platform system with a couple of ladders was used, rather than scaffolding.

The old asbestos soffit, one of the main reasons for us getting the work done, was safely removed.

A good neat job which looks so much better than the original, and they spent time cleaning up all the debris before taking it all away for its safe disposal.
They even replaced the bathroom fan vent so that it matched the new soffit colour!

We had no soffit vents originally, so a vent system was built-in under the bottom row of roof tiles, very neat!

New guttering was tested a couple of weeks later by a rainstorm, all worked ok.

We felt it was good value for money.
