Achieve your quarterly and/or annual targets and your reward will be a weekend in the “Entertainment Capital of the World” in February 2018. Your tour will take in the most opulent hotels, thrilling attractions and all the glitz and glamour that makes the strip a world-renowned destination.

You will enjoy your stay in a five-star luxury resort offering award-winning restaurants, spas and salons, world-class nightlife and an unrivalled shopping experience.

The Trip of a Lifetime

15 Resource Solutions employees who are fee earners demonstrating outstanding performance in 2017 will be attending the Las Vegas incentive weekend. Places will be awarded to the highest performing fee earners who have delivered exceptional service and gone above and beyond the call of duty in their roles.

To reflect the differences in how Resource Solutions hybrid, direct and vendor recruiters bill their fees, nominees for these 15 spots will be selected by the Resource Solutions management team. These nominees will be selected by:

Robert Walters Group: 4 places
Resource Solutions: 11 places

By using this approach rather than a blanket target, we can ensure that we identify and celebrate outstanding performance by Resource Solutions recruiters, regardless of their role. Nominees will be those who have delivered fantastic results and have shown exceptional dedication and commitment to embodying the ideals of the Resource Solutions brand. The final 15 qualifiers who will be joining their colleagues from across the business in Las Vegas will be announced in January 2018.
